Bookkeeper

Creative Financial Staffing of New York is working with a large Real Estate Developer to add a Bookkeeper to their team. Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:
- Maintain the General Ledger and analyze any variances
- Process check runs and tracking construction invoices
- Additional ad-hoc projects from the Controller and Director of Accounting
Qualifications of the Bookkeeper:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 1+ years of progressive accounting experience in the real estate industry
- CPA or Public Accounting Experience a plus
